ABOUT
the Community Care Network
Our Story
We're Committed to Restore Hope and Build Lasting Community!
The Community Care Network was created in 2018 to impact the lives of residents in apartment communities across Indiana. What began as a small effort to connect with neighbors and meet practical needs quickly grew into a movement of Community Builders and volunteers from local churches committed to building relationships and bringing hope.
From the beginning, our mission has been simple: to love people where they live with the Gospel of Jesus. Through consistent care, community events, and strong partnerships, CCN has expanded across the state—equipping Community Builders and helping churches reach thousands of residents with hope and support.

Our Community Builders:
- Live in the apartment community that they serve in to be a safe place for residents
-
Plan four community-wide events each month to make the apartment an exiciting and fun place to live
-
Deliver a gift to new residents so everyone feels welcomed and accepted
-
Intentionally develop the community and create a sense of family
-
Act as a liaison between management and residents of the complex
Sense of HOME
Apartments can be incredbily lonely places, so we bring people together to create a sense of home.
About the Gospel
We believe that deep connection with God is the real key to health, happiness, and purpose.
True Friendships
We don't just serve the residents, we ARE the residents and we connect on a deeper level.
It's a Party!
Our events aren't just good for resident retention, they're a ton of fun, and always leave people wanting more.
Locations
Community Care Network is now present in nearly 30 apartment complexes across Indiana, with teams of Community Builders living and serving right where residents are. Each location represents a unique partnership between neighbors, churches, and volunteers who are committed to building relationships, meeting practical needs, and sharing hope in their community.
